DURKEE OREGANO GROUND

The ground dried leaves of the oregano plant. It has a slight mint flavour, along with pungent and bitter undertones. It is strong and aromatic. It is similar in consistency to flour but is dark to deep green in colour. Dried oregano is often more flavourful than its fresh counterpart, and the flavour will intensify in long, slow-cooking dishes.
